RIGHT TO RETRACT
From the receipt of your order, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.
You have the right to return one or more items or the entire order to us if you are not satisfied. Remember that the products concerned and their original packaging must be returned to us in new condition and suitable for resale.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal and as a customer, you bear the shipping costs related to the return of the articles concerned. Also note that it is your responsibility that the product(s) reach us.

We only exchange or refund defective products.
The products must be returned unused, properly protected, in the original packaging accompanied by all possible accessories (instructions for use and documentation.)
Sale items are not refundable.
The return request must be made by email to support@watchtrib.com (please attach your order number and a photo of the damaged item).
Once the return request has been validated, return your items by post.
Returns should be made to the following address: WatchTrib, 32 rue de Zellenberg, 67100, Strasbourg, France.
Once we have received and checked your item, you will receive a refund by the same payment method used when ordering within 15 (fifteen) working days.
EXCHANGE OF A DEFECTIVE ARTICLE
We exchange a defective article only by the same article.
