Shipment processing time
We will do everything in our power to get your product to you as soon as possible! You will receive an email with your tracking number after your request has been processed. This period is between 1 and 3 days depending on the product purchased.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in your order, we will contact you by e-mail.

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed when placing the order.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur. In this case, we will do our best to inform you.
Your package can be delivered from Europe, but also from International depending on the storage area of the product.
The delivery time of your order is on average 10 to 21 days, it may be longer depending on events and cases of force majeure.
If 60 days after your purchase the package has still not arrived, we will resend it for free or refund you 100%.
